Parking
Any type of passenger car at a maximum length of 5.3 metres can park in our car park.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year. In other words, it doesn’t matter when your flight departs or arrives.

Yes, you can. As long as we have available spaces, you are welcome to park in our car park. Please note that checking in can take a bit longer time if you haven’t booked in advance. Make sure that you arrive in plenty of time before you want to be at the airport.
Yes, you can. If you choose to pay on site, you can cancel or modify your booking without extra charge. If you have booked and paid the parking via the website, and don't cancel within 24 hours in advance, the amount will not be refunded. If you have booked after 24h before your arriving and paid for it, we will not make any refund. Your parking space is kept for you for 24 hours after your parking period should have begun. After that time, the parking space will be considered unoccupied and available for other customers.
We appreciate that you cancel or modify your booking as long in advance as possible.

You can pay online when you book, or on-site when you park.
Security
Yes! Our car park is enclosed with a fence surrounding the entire area, and the premises are also equipped with camera surveillance, and staff is present on-site 24 hours a day.
If you have selected having your car washed, heated, or have added any of our other services that require that we keep your car keys, you can rest assured that they are being kept safe. We use approved key cabinets which only responsible staff has access to.
Transfer
Our shuttle bus takes you to the correct terminal. The shuttle transfer service runs 24 hours a day, so in other words it does not matter what time your flight departs or arrives. We are always there.
Our shuttle buses depart from the car park when required, 24 hours a day. Please make sure that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before you want to be at the airport.
Our shuttle bus will pick you up when you have landed. We monitor your flights in real time, and will pick you up outside the arrivals hall. It doesn’t matter if your flight is delayed, we are keeping up to date with the current arrival times. If you don’t have any luggage to collect, please let us know when you check-in the car, so that we can adjust the shuttle transfer accordingly.
If you land at terminal 5, we will pick you up at bus stop 16 terminal 4.
If you land at terminal 4, we will pick you up at bus stop 16 terminal 4.
If you land at terminal 2, we will pick you up at bus stop 7 terminal 2.
No, ARN Long-Term Parking has car seats for children of all ages. Please let us know that you need a car seat and how old the child is, and we will provide a car seat.
It takes approximately 5 minutes from ARN to Arlanda airport.
Other
We have a reception that is open 24 hours a day, accessible toilet and comfortable furniture to wait in. We offer free coffee, and other drinks are available to buy on-site.
We have several charging stations at our car park. One supplementary service we provide is that we charge your car in time for when you return and collect the car. Read more about our offer for Long-term parking Arlanda.
