Booking, cancellation and delay

  • In order to secure a parking space, we recommend that booking should be made well ahead of time before the start of the parking time and date, but same-day booking is of course available by phone or via our website. You are always welcome to park even without booking, but we at ARN cannot always guarantee that spaces are available.
  • If your return is delayed, we will use our best efforts to solve the parking issue. If the delay is longer than 24 hours, we will charge our daily fee for the period.
  • You may extend or change your parking time if you wish, subject to availability. The earlier you make the request, the greater the chances are that we can extend the parking time.
  • Cancellation must be done 24 hours before the stated flight time of departure. If the parking fee ha been paid, and you cancel later than 24 hours before the flight departure time, no refund will be given.
  • If you fail to arrive, the parking space will be considered unoccupied and available for other customers when your specified flight has taken off from Arlanda.
  • The given price is valid for cars with a maximum length of 5.3 meters. If your car exceeds this maximum length an extra cost of SEK 100/day will be charged as the car requires an additional parking space to fit.


  • Payment can be made online when making the booking, or at the car park. If you pay at the car park, we accept only card and Swish payments.
  • When paying by invoice, there is an added service charge of 70 SEK.


  • The car park is enclosed with a fence and equipped with camera surveillance. In addition, staff from ARN Long-Term Parking is always present at the car park 24 hours a day.
