The person stated in the booking must be the same person who is checking in the car for parking.
In order to secure a parking space, we recommend that booking should be made well ahead of time before the start of the parking time and date, but same-day booking is of course available by phone or via our website. You are always welcome to park even without booking, but we at ARN cannot always guarantee that spaces are available.
If your return is delayed, we will use our best efforts to solve the parking issue. If the delay is longer than 24 hours, we will charge our daily fee at the start of every 24 hour period.
You may extend or change your parking time if you wish, subject to availability. The earlier you make the request, the greater the chances are that we can extend the parking time.
Cancellation must be done 24 hours before the starting time and date of the booking. If the parking fee has been paid and you cancel within 24 hours before the starting time and date of the booking, no refund will be given.
If you fail to arrive, the parking space will be considered unoccupied and available for other customers 24 hours after your parking time should have begun.
Payment can be made online when making the booking, or at the car park. If you pay at the car park, we accept card and cash payment.
When paying by invoice, there is an added service charge of 150 SEK.
If you fail to arrive at your booked parking, you will be charged 150 SEK after 24 hours.
The car park is enclosed with a fence and equipped with camera surveillance. In addition, staff from ARN Long-Term Parking is always present at the car park 24 hours a day.
During the time the car is parked at ARN Long-Term Parking, it is always insured.
