We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup according to the actual arrival time. You don't need to notify us about delays. However, if the flight is cancelled and you are rebooked onto a new flight number — let us know the new number.
You can pay online directly at booking with card, Swish, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. You can also choose to pay on site with card or Swish when you arrive. Business customers can pay by invoice — just fill in the invoice details at booking.

No. The price you see in the calculator is what you pay. Transfer, staffing, and security are always included. You pay extra only if you yourself choose an add-on service such as car wash, EV charging, or tire change.
Yes. If you have chosen to pay on site, you can cancel or change at no cost. If you have paid online, you need to cancel at least 24 hours before the parking is due to start for a full refund. For bookings made within 24 hours, no refund is given.
Yes. A receipt is sent automatically to your email after payment. Business customers can choose invoice as a payment method — contact info@arnlangtidsparkering.se for an agreement or fill in the invoice details at booking.
